Refund policy

*IMPORTANT: I cannot guarantee that you will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International Orders.

DELIVERY

I aim to dispatch all items within 10 working days... usually much sooner

UK orders £50 and under are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed for and orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery.

All International orders are sent via Tracked and Signed for Service.

Any goods which have been specially commissioned or framed to order cannot be returned unless there is a fault.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

UK - Please return your item within 14 days to: Anna Pinkster, Glenthorne Cottage, Spring Gardens, Frome, Somerset, BA11 2PA

INTERNATIONAL - If you would like to return your item please first email annapinkster@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

PLEASE NOTE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. 

I do not refund the original shipping costs and you will have to cover the cost of return shipping unless your item is defective or you have received the wrong product.

When sending an item back to me, I recommend using a trackable shipping method so that you can track the status of your shipment and be sure that the items get returned to me. I cannot accept the cost of any items lost in transit.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please email me with a photograph of the damaged packaging / item.

REFUNDS

I will notify you once I’ve received your return, and  you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
